What is Fundamental Analysis?

It is a stock valuation methodology arrived at by performing security analysis. It is the method of evaluating the intrinsic value/fair value of an asset.It is done primarily through the use of business's financial statement like balance sheet , cashflow , p/l statement , financial ratio like price to earning , price to book value and many more things.
